Twas the night before christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring... only me icing cupcakes! Tomorrow my whole family will get together for a pot luck style feast, and my contribution is cupcakes. I am so proud of these little guys. I am not a professional baker or anything, I used a boxed cake mix and pre-made icing, but darn these look good... like from a bakery! I made mini sized chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. Iced with some buttercream frosting, and piped with my new toy.. a piping bag and a large star tip. Some pearlized white sprinkles, and a raspberry to top it off. Mmm Mmm, can anyone say sugar high? :D I hope that whatever you and your family does over the holidays, you enjoy yourself and the time you have together. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays Everyone!
